When we stretch, we get to know the nature of our bodies. Nature is the Constant.
The Constant is the Useful. The Useful is the Passable. The Passable is the Successful.

Having succeeded, all is done, and there is no need for striving.
Chuang Tsu tells us, upon this only does the sage rely.

So when you stretch, relax! Cease your striving... and get to know the nature of your body.
